Well our need for Scott's all began on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Failed fans and failing timing belt and water pump made our 2018 Honda Odyssey undependable. We were able to use their Easy to use Online check in and Secure key drop on a Sunday morning and they made personal communication almost immediately that they have us confirmed to look at our concern first thing Tuesday morning. Their pricing was reasonable and their service and communication skills were on point. We will hopefully not have anymore vehicle problems for awhile, but when we do we're heading over to Scott's.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Mr. Scott on a couple of occasions. Not only did he greet me the moment he saw me, he also took the time to answer ALL of my automotive worries even though I wasn't necessarily getting those services done at that exact point in time.....and I might add I am a long winded individual, if you let me talk I might not stop, lol. Absolutely polite and indepth with any questions I had. He spoke to me with respect and yet handle every topic with white gloves. I bring ALL of my families vehicles to them and I would recommend Scott's to everyone 10/10 on service, 10/10 on time management and 10/10 on hospitality. I won't go any where else.
Also I'd like to add this has been the FASTEST place to get my state inspection done as well..... in and out.
